Please disconnect your XUMM wallet and reconnect it. If the problem still occurs, please use a different web browser in this situation. Clearing caches and reloading the browser is also a good practice. If problem still persists, please contact the Vagabond team for assistance.

You can import your BSC V-Wallet account into your MetaMask app (BSC Network) and then manage your account and transactions with the MetaMask browser extension or mobile app. See below for instruction:

What wallets can you use to buy and hold VGO (BSC)?
We recommend using MetaMask. You can get MetaMask here.
Import the VGO contract address to visualize your balance.
Make sure you have at least 0.05 BNB to secure funds for the required transaction fees.
How and where to buy VGO (BSC) tokens?
You can buy VGO on PancakeSwap.
What wallets can you use to buy and hold VGB (XRPL)?
We recommend using the XUMM App. You can get the XUMM App here.
Create an XRPL account with the XUMM App (10 XRP reserve).
Add the $VGB trustline to your account (2 XRP reserve).
Make sure you have at least 0.001 $XRP to secure funds for the required transaction fees. An additional 2 XRP reserve is required for every XRPL DEX limit order.
How and where to buy VGB (XRPL) tokens?
You can buy VGB on the XRPL DEX (Sologenic) and on Bitrue.
What will happen to VGO (BSC) and VGB (XRPL) tokens now that we have VagaChain?
Both VGO (BSC) and VGB (XRPL) tokens are equally supported and continuously developed on the Vagabond platform. It comes down to user preference on which token they prefer to use for their own project or use case being built on the Vagabond platform.
VagaChain further enhances usability and interoperability between the 2 tokens, as well as with the VAGA coin and other V20 tokens on the VagaChain network. E.g., one will be able to seamlessly transfer NFTs from the XRPL (XLS20) protocol over to the BSC (BEP721) protocol and vise versa. Interoperability with other blockchain networks compatible with the Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC) will also be made available.
VGO is no longer a supported asset on the Bitrue exchange, how should I proceed?
We strongly urge all VGO holders on Bitrue to withdraw their tokens to a secure BSC compatible self-custody wallet as soon as possible. Any attempts to deposit VGO tokens on Bitrue may result in the loss of those tokens. Withdrawals of VGO on the Bitrue exchange will remain available until January 12, 2024. After this date, withdrawals will be disabled, and the Bitrue team will no longer be able to assist in retrieving VGO tokens.
If you require assistance with the withdrawal process, please contact Bitrue’s customer support team directly.
