Legal Documents, Certificates and Contracts

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) allow for any document, contract or legal right to live on the blockchain, for not only safekeeping and digital permanence, but for the ability to securely own a smart contract form of the document.

VagaWallet allows the secure storage of digital certificates, contracts and other legal documents which includes but not limited to:

• digital representation of a contract;

• certificate of authenticity;

• certificate of origin (CO);

• letter of credit (LC);

• bill of landing (BoL);

• title records - car, boat, motorcycle, insurance, escrow

• deed - proof of ownership of property (e.g. Real Estate), official record of an agreement and/or legal rights.

Documents can be downloaded for representation and viewing purposes. The smart contract lies always within the blockchain in the form of an NFT and can easily be accessible by the holder's VagaWallet as well as all its respective data. The transfer of ownership or any other alteration to the document and terms are only possible by the consent and authentication of the holder or by previously agreed terms by the parties involved and aggregated on the smart contract.
